MOBILE NOTARY-LOAN SIGNING AGENT KIM S.
notary loan signing agent get a legal document notarized hire a notary find a notary colorado springsThis week, I drove to Woodland Park for a loan signing.  When I first moved to Colorado Springs I had the toughest time with the altitude.  Having come to the area from the southeast, and have never experienced altitude, I wasn’t aware of the difficulties.  I would try to workout and thought I’d lost my fitness.  I just couldn’t catch my breath.  Even going grocery shopping had me panting.

Turns out, it was the thin air.  I eventually acclimated to the Springs, but driving to Woodland Park for donuts for the first time, I think in 2020, I couldn’t breathe!  Even for delicious donuts!

Driving up this week however, wasn’t a problem.  I have finally acclimated to the altitude.  Try as I may, and do try…there may be times when I miss a signature line.  This week was no exception.  When I discover, or am I made aware, and if the signature requires an in-person “wet signing” autograph, I will always come back.

I hate making mistakes, but sometimes they do happen.  If you look at the size of those documents, maybe you can understand.  Sometimes, the signing company, title company or lenders don’t get these documents to us but 20 minutes before I need to leave for the loan signing appointment.

My sincere intention is to make one trip, and get everything done and signed perfectly, but things happen.  Checking my work twice and if there’s time, three times may take a little more of your time, but once done there’s little room for mistakes.

I look forward to meeting your expectations as a loan signing agent, notary.
