MOBILE NOTARY CHARGES
While these are not written in stone, it is against Colorado Revised Statutes § 24-21-529 for a notary to charge more than $15 per notarization. However, as a mobile notary loan signing agent, I charge for travel and expenses such as copies, ink, scans and any other supplies, fuel and my time.
MOBILE NOTARY FEES:
- Travel Fees: Mobile notaries can charge a reasonable, pre-agreed travel fee, which isn’t regulated by notary law.
- Notary Signing Agent (NSA) Fees: Fees for loan signings or other independent contractor services are separate.
- Other Services: Printing, scanning, or shipping fees may be an extra charge.

Seller only document package: $90
Buyers package (traditional) $125
VA loan package buyers $150
FHA/VA refinance $125
Reverse mortgage $150
Loan application/modification $90
Auto loans (flooring loan docs signing) IN EL PASO COUNTY $75
OTHER FEES:
LEGAL DOCUMENTS, TRUSTS AND MEDICAL DIRECTIVES, POWER OF ATTORNEY.

⇒If you ship documents with return FedEx/UPS overnight labels, I will also provide you a receipt screen shot after your documents have been mailed.
Travel fees:
Outside of El Paso County, Colorado Springs proper, (over initial 20 miles)
I charge $1.00 per mile in addition to the loan signing fees above.
