I am so glad to have met many fine folks in Florissant Colorado. I have done at least 6 notary loan signings in that area, but I am no longer serving Florissant. In this short video you can see and hear how rippled the road was, and I was over 15 minutes from the signers home. I understand wanting to live a rural and peaceful area, I truly do…but those roads are not for me.
Being a mobile notary loan signing agent working out of Colorado Springs means sometimes having to travel outside the county. I knew that going in. I don’t mind driving to Pueblo County for a loan signing, or to Ft. Carson but Florissant is another world.
The mostly dirt county roads are very damaging to my vehicle. Yes, they are country roads, but they have many long spots with washboard. If you’ve never driven on washboard it is crazy! I fear for the damage to my SUV, I do not enjoy my body being bounced around like that for miles and sometimes, my Google maps and gps lose signal.
If you have a loan signing or vehicle purchase signing that includes the Florissant area I will be glad to meet your clients in Woodland Park. There are many restaurants and cafes’ where we can sit quietly and sign documents.
